Uber, Taxify, they are targeted by an emergency ordinance that the Government is preparing to regulate their activity in Romania, but until then, ANAF is organizing itself to see under what conditions drivers work in Romania. ANAF requested in 2016 from the "mother" company in Europe of UBER, subsidiary of the one in the USA, the list with all the users of the platform, and with all the rides made by them in 2015, including the routes, the distances, and the receipts recorded by the company .
