Huawei. INCREDIBLE US actions AGAINST the Chinese

Huawei. The Americans acted in a completely unexpected way against the Chinese, here is what they decided to do to prove that they are right.

huawei spying

Huawei. The American authorities would have spied on the Chinese company in order to gather information on the basis of which to impose bans on the sale of its products in the country, but probably also to convince other countries to do the same. The information regarding the espionage actions carried out by the USA against Huawei were revealed by an American prosecutor in a federal court in New York, so they are as official as possible.

Huawei. The US has notified the Chinese company of its intention to use this information obtained through espionage in the US trials, but for now it is not known which people would have been hacked, or which servers would have been hacked. A former federal prosecutor claims that the warrant under which the US authorities would have obtained this information about Huawei is normally issued only in cases of espionage, or theft of classified information, extremely serious crimes.

Huawei. INCREDIBLE US actions AGAINST the Chinese

Huawei. Basically, the authorities would have discovered that some state employee would have sold classified information to the Chinese company, which would not be hard to believe in a country with so many secrets. If this turns out to be real, then the US will really have something important to accuse the Huawei company of, and to make a connection with all the attacks it has been doing for a year now, and which have put a lot of pressure on the chinese company.

US authorities gathered information about Huawei Technologies Co Ltd through secret surveillance that they plan to use in a case accusing the Chinese telecom equipment maker of sanctions-busting and bank fraud. Assistant US Attorney Alex Solomon said at a hearing in federal court in Brooklyn that the evidence, obtained under the US Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).

Huawei. The accusations are separate from those aimed at the daughter of the founder of the company, she has to answer to the prosecutors for other violations of the American law, but the two processes could be related to each other. So far, the US has not brought any case in court in which Huawei, or any of its employees, is actually charged/indicted for trying to acquire classified information, but we may see this in this process .

Huawei. For now, the Chinese company has not commented anything on this process, but it is possible to do so, depending on how things will evolve.
