Apple is RELEASING a GREAT Feature for Macs

Apple iPad secondary screen mac sidecar

Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), is preparing the launch of a new function for Macs that customers did not expect to have available too soon, but here things are changing. More precisely, those from Apple intend to implement in macOS a function that will allow the use of iPad tablets as a secondary screen for Macs, a function offered by a solution called Luna Display.

macOS 10.15 would bring this new function to Macs, and in iPad we should find it in iOS 13, the Apple company thus bringing to tablets what users have been waiting for a long time. Mac users will have the opportunity to display any screen from the macOS operating system on the screens of iPad tablets, all through a simple gesture.

The new function for macOS 10.15 and iOS 13 is known internally as "Sidecar", it will be offered in a very simple menu that can be accessed from the status bar of each application. The application windows displayed on the iPad will be able to be played on the entire screen of the tablets, or only in a portion of them, so users also have control options for them.

Now, it appears Apple is working on a new Mac and iPad display feature to launch with macOS 10.15. Now, Apple is working on making that seamless experience native to the Mac. According to people familiar with the development of macOS 10.15 – the next major version of Apple's desktop OS – the new system will have a feature that allows users to send any window of any app to an external display. The external display can be an actual external display connected to the Mac or even an iPad.

The iPad will become an accessory for Macs in the idea of allowing users to use it as a secondary screen to enjoy better functionality from it. The new function will be launched during WWDC 2019 by the Apple company, and it would be officially available only in the fall of this year for users around the world.
