Huawei. LOSE A FORTUNE with Phone PROBLEMS, what he DECIDED

Huawei. The Chinese company is losing a fortune because of the problems with its phones, here's what it decided to do in the face of repeated US attacks.

Huawei fortune

Huawei. The Chinese company is losing a fortune because of the huge problems that its phones have, and this while it is fighting hard to reverse the sanctions that the USA has imposed against it. More precisely, the company's founder stated yesterday that Huawei revised its growth objective for 2019 from 130 billion dollars to 100 billion dollars, that is, downgraded it to stagnation.

Huawei. The change in objective was made after the company's international phone sales fell by 40% during May, and by the end of the year it is estimated that the decline could increase to 60%. This means that somewhere around 40-60 million phones, or maybe even more, will not be sold by Huawei in 2019, the total amount of money that will not be earned amounting to several tens of billions of dollars .

Huawei. Apart from phones, the Chinese company can no longer sell laptops, telecommunications equipment, and other types of devices that it sells even now, but only because it has already manufactured them. If the sanctions do not disappear, then Huawei's losses could be even higher than 30 billion dollars, but everything depends on how serious the Americans will be with maintaining these sanctions in the coming months.

"The bans will cost Huawei around $30 billion in revenue this year and next. In April, Huawei reported a 39 percent increase in first-quarter revenue, despite US efforts to dissuade allies from doing business with the firm. But the company now expects its revenue to decline to $100 billion this year from $107 billion last year."

Huawei. Meanwhile, the Chinese company will launch the phone Honor 20, which was certified by Google before the imposition of sanctions, but also a new model of Huawei P30 PRO, which was launched since March. Separately from that, Huawei has suspended the launch of the Honor 20 Pro, as well as some new MateBook models, all because it does not have licenses to use the operating systems in them, nor the components.

Huawei. Having said that, the Chinese are losing a lot because of the American sanctions, and at the moment they don't seem to have any alternative to get rid of them.
