AirPods 3 are being prepared for launch by the Apple company during 2019, and will arrive with a function much awaited by customers. More precisely, Apple intends to launch in 2019 AirPods 3 with water resistance, probably also to immersion, probably with IP68 certification, like the iPhone XS.
AirPods 3 are also going to be released with design changes, but for now it is not known what exactly it would be from this point of view, unfortunately. It is possible that Apple will make special design changes to be able to offer better water resistance in AirPods 3, but for now this is not 100% certain.
AirPods 3 could also be more expensive than the current models thanks to these changes for water resistance and design. Apple will most likely present AirPods 3 together with iPhone 11 in September of this year, and they could release them somewhere around the end of September, or maybe in October.
