Apple Watch SAVED a Man with Unknown Heart Problems from DEATH

apple watch saved death heart problems

Apple Watch is credited again with saving a man's life, this time from Great Britain, by discovering a heart problem he didn't know about. The Apple Watch alerted him about his heart rate when he was resting, and after some investigations he discovered that he was suffering from a disease that required surgery.

The 48-year-old man initially tried to give up coffee after the doctor confirmed what the Apple Watch had told him, but that did not solve the problem. Only after receiving alerts from the Apple Watch again did he go to a cardiologist, who diagnosed him with a disease that caused his heart to beat extra, generating ventricular contractions.

After the operation performed by the doctors, the man feels well, and of course he monitors his heart rate using the same Apple Watch that saved him. The Apple company puts a lot of emphasis on this function of the Apple Watch that analyzes the heartbeat, many people end up discovering that they have diseases they didn't know about.

Paul Hutton, 48, was told by his Apple Watch that his heart rate frequently dropped below 40 beats per minute - a normal resting heart rate of between 60 and 100 bpm. He was referred to a specialist who diagnosed him with ventricular bigeminy, a condition where the heart beats irregularly and is therefore unable to pump blood effectively.
