iOS 12.4 it still brings an interesting novelty, namely the option to transfer data from an old iPhone to a new one using a Wireless connection, not iCloud. Apart from that, the Apple company has implemented improvements for Apple News in iOS 12.4, and solves a problem of the Apple Watch with the Walkie-Talkie application.
