The Government CUT OFF THE PHONES OF THE POLICEMEN, FIREMEN, AMBULANCE

The Romanian government is very close to cutting the phones of the policemen, firefighters, employees of the Ambulance, SMURD, this is why the budgets are complaining.

The Government CUT OFF the Phones of the Police, Firemen, Ambulance

The Romanian government took a decision yesterday that stopped many budget workers in their tracks, and I told you that it was decided that they would no longer have mobile phone services paid for from the budgets of the institutions where they are employed. Yesterday I told you that this could mean two things, either all mobile phone subscriptions already contracted are cut, or new services will no longer be able to be purchased, and it would seem that it could be the first situation.

Policemen, firefighters, employees of the Ambulance, SMURD, and many other officials would be left without the mobile phones they received in order to fulfill their duties in the institution they belong to. Representatives of the police, firefighters, etc. started to complain about this today, and the Romanian Government seems to have taken a decision that leaves its employees without the ability to fulfill their duties.

Of course, not all budget officers are of the same opinion, and this is because in Arges, those from the County Council say that in fact it would only be about future purchases, and the current mobile phone subscriptions will be paid. This should, in practice, be the normal situation so that the policemen, firefighters, ambulance employees, and from any other public institutions, are not left without the work phones they use in their missions.

Budget officials don't even want to hear about the use of personal phones for the fulfillment of work duties, which is perfectly normal, and that's because it wouldn't even be logical to do so. However, for now the emergency ordinance prepared by the Romanian Government has not been adopted, and it can still be modified, which should happen, so that the institutions in Romania and the emergency services are not blocked.

Dignitaries are exempted from the ban on the payment of mobile phone subscriptions, who will continue to have these services purchased with funds from the state budget.
