Samsung GALAXY S11 has this very big change revealed by the Camera application which is included in the current beta version of Android 10 which is tested with certain prototypes, and which has already reached the Internet. In the source code of the Camera application for the Samsung GALAXY S11 prototypes, there are references to the recording of 8K video clips at 30 FPS, and this shows that at the moment, at least, this implementation is being tested for the first time.
To be able to record 8K video clips at 30 FPS, the Samsung GALAXY S11 would also need a 108 megapixel camera, and guess what, including this is rumored for implementation, and confirmed by the source code of the application. This again confirms the fact that such an important change is being tested for the Samsung GALAXY S11, but of course this does not confirm without a doubt that it will reach phones, although the chances are starting to be very high.
8K and 108 megapixels for the Samsung GALAXY S11
The Samsung GALAXY S11 will have a new Exynos 990 chip that has integrated support for recording 8K video clips at 30 FPS, but this does not necessarily mean that the function will be offered for the phone. The new Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chip also needs to offer 8K recording at 30 FPS for it to reach the Samsung GALAXY S11, but I don't think the function would have been tested if that processor didn't have support for it.
The Samsung GALAXY S11 also needs a camera of at least 33 megapixels to offer the possibility of making videos at such a high resolution, so if the new camera will not have 108 megapixels, it will have 64. Those from Samsung have been offering for a long time time 64 megapixel cameras for various manufacturers, and since last year a 108 megapixel one for Xiaomi, so that the integration in the Samsung GALAXY S11 would not be difficult to do.
