Coronavirus is a real danger at the moment, just like the flu, and in the face of the impossibility of stopping its spread globally, the Romanian authorities are announcing an unprecedented measure for our country. First of all, the Government of Romania took the decision to create an interministerial group that will monitor the situation of the Coronavirus at the global level, but also in our country, and this could also take a decision that no one thought of two weeks ago.
Coronavirus could oblige the Romanian authorities to install thermal scanners in the country's international airports, probably starting with the one in Bucharest, with the role of discovering possible infected persons. The authorities will need quite a long period of time to equip the international airports in Romania with thermal scanners to detect possible people infected with the Coronavirus, and the training of the staff will also take a long time.

Coronavirus has already brought measures of this kind to some airports in Europe, in some there are even medical checks when getting off the planes, but the virus will be difficult to stop even with such measures. However, the installation of thermal scanners in Romania is an unprecedented measure for our country, and if it will be implemented, then the chances of early detection of possible people infected with the Coronavirus increase substantially.
