OXYGEN Vignette: HUGE Change Made by the Capital City Hall

Police OXYGEN vignette

OXYGEN vignette is the new tax that drivers will have to pay when they drive either through Bucharest or only through the center of the capital, and the General City Hall of the Capital has already marked the entrances to the ZACA with easy-to-overlook signs.

OXYGEN vignette must be purchased from March for hundreds of thousands of cars that circulate through Bucharest, or just the central area, and it was announced that the security of this area will be done with a high-performance surveillance camera system.

OXYGEN vignette there should have been ZACA imposed with those cameras and drivers to receive 2000 LEI fines at home if they broke the law and entered areas where they had nothing to do, but in reality, that will not happen yet.

OXYGEN vignette it will be imposed by the police who will randomly stop drivers on the roads in Bucharest (according to PRO TV), or only in the central area, in order to fine them if their car has not paid the access tax, although this was supposed to happen.

OXYGEN vignette it becomes practically extraordinarily useless because without security with surveillance cameras and fines sent home every time the ZACA is exceeded, everyone will do exactly what they want and no one will respect anything, but this is typical for Romania.

The City Hall of the Capital hopes that by the end of the year the system will be in operation that will scan the registration numbers of the cars entering the ZACA to see if they have paid the Vinieta OXYGEN, but that is not certain either.
