UBER: The first WARNINGS are starting to be sent to users

UBER has already started sending the first warnings to users who use the ridesharing platform, here is the message the American company sent them.

UBER warnings

UBER started the process of warning its users a few days ago, the American company making this decision after suspending several hundred accounts of people who could be in serious danger. For now, everything is happening in Mexico, where UBER has suspended over 240 accounts of people who were transported by two drivers who allegedly came into contact with a person who was allegedly infected with the Coronavirus.

UBER he didn't know which of the drivers was infected, so he suspended their accounts, along with those of 240 other people in the country, and everything to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, if their infection was confirmed. After UBER suspended customers' accounts, the company also started sending notifications to them about the reasons behind its actions, and below you can see what the American company had to say about the situation.

UBER: The first WARNINGS are starting to be sent to users

UBER took an unprecedented measure in the case of the Coronavirus, and this is because until now it has never suspended accounts in such a way when an epidemic affects people from multiple areas around the globe. UBER is taking unprecedented measures because we are living in unprecedented times, a time when a lot of people are scared because of what is happening now with the Coronavirus in China, and in the other countries where people have been infected.

UBER they act as other companies should do, but they still don't, and this in the conditions where the Coronavirus has officially infected more than 20.000 people globally so far. UBER is trying to do everything it can to prevent the spread of the virus because cars are an extremely good way of spreading, people being locked in a closed space where they can come into contact with the dangerous virus much more easily.

UBER would apply similar measures in Australia as well, where cases of Coronavirus have already been confirmed, and it is not excluded that similar measures for citizens will be applied in France and Germany as well.
