DIGI, Telekom, Orange, Vodafone they are still going in the direction we already know for more than a year, and February did not bring any change for better or worse for any operator. More precisely, in the month of February, in the case of porters registered in Romania, we still had the order of DIGI, Telekom, Orange, Vodafone, the RCS & RDS group remaining steadfastly in first place in Romanians' preferences, despite the efforts made by the competition.
DIGI registered 34.035 gatekeepers in its network in February 2020, Telekom having a total of 24.987, Orange had 11.252, Vodafone 7676, and all of these are gatekeepers on the mobile telephony side. On the fixed telephony side, those from DIGI are still in first place, but Orange is not far behind them, the other operators still having much fewer porters registered in the network, but this is not that big of a surprise, the situation not being new.

DIGI, Telekom, Orange, Vodafone they still generated a lot of goals in their own nets in Romania, and of course the leader did not change, as has been happening for several years now, without change. Although those from DIGI had for years in a row the offers with the cheapest subscriptions for porting, those from Telekom launched in February new subscriptions that brought customers even lower prices than normal, all in order to compete more seriously with RCS & RDS.
DIGI, Telekom, Orange, Vodafone they exchange customers en masse, last year switching almost 1 million customers from one operator to another, but this does not mean that in all cases there is also an increase in customers to operators. DIGI and Telekom bring a lot of customers through porting, but in general they only cover the losses, except for the German group, which lost about 3 times more customers than it brought to the network, and this is probably where the new porting offer came from.
DIGI, Telekom, Orange, Vodafone will continue in 2020 the game of goalkeepers in Romania, and this brings us much better offers to benefit from great promotions for subscriptions.
