Military Ordinance 9 was officially announced by Marcel Vela, the minister who leads the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it is currently being prepared for adoption, and according to his statement today, next week we should have it published in the official monitor.
Military Ordinance 9 will be adopted after the second presidential decree regarding the maintenance of the state of emergency in Romania, and according to what Marcel Vela said, it would not bring new movement limitations or restrictions, but on the contrary, some relaxation but not for the whole population.
Military Ordinance 9 would relax the movement restrictions for Romanian workers in Bulgaria, and vice versa, for the personnel of maritime ships, and depending on what other proposals there will be, it could also bring other changes for the citizens of Romania, and not only that.
