DSU, the Department for Emergency Situations, launched yesterday, as I already told you, a TelVerte that is meant to help Romanian citizens who need psychological and social support during the Coronavirus pandemic in Romania.
DSU also published today a video clip showing how people can interact with the staff who answer these phone calls, and you can see below how people who call can be helped to receive support from them.

This number can be called free of charge, from any network, from Monday to Saturday, between 8.00:24.00 and XNUMX:XNUMX.
For a good management of situations of stress, tension, anxiety, loneliness, fear, etc., which may occur during the COVID-19 pandemic, TelVerde operators will connect callers with the support communities that are part of the project, so that the population can receive the response and/or support related to the situation in which he finds himself."
