RCS & RDS came today with a new request for all its clients in Romania, and here we are referring to those who have not yet done what was recommended to them a few months ago. RCS & RDS has been asking its customers for a few years to activate their electronic invoice and to give up the physical one, partly due to the costs to send the invoices in this way, the monthly savings of the company can be extremely high.
RCS & RDS intensified its message during the Coronavirus pandemic, and this in the conditions where receiving the invoice in physical format can represent a risk for the people who are waiting for them at home. We are talking about a possible contact with a postman, or courier, contact with the envelope in which the invoice comes, and the people from RCS & RDS recommend customers to be safe and activate their electronic invoice so they don't have to wait for something to come through post.

RCS & RDS it allows the activation of the electronic invoice in just a few seconds on the website or if you already have an account registered there, which of course simplifies the whole idea of staying safe. After activating the electronic invoice, RCS & RDS will send it to customers by email or even via WhatsApp, an SMS notification will also be sent to tell people how much they have to pay for the services they enjoy.

RCS & RDS is the only telecommunications operator that allows customers to receive the invoice in electronic format and via WhatsApp, the measure being a special one for those who do not have an email address. There are many Romanians who have a WhatsApp account, but not an email account, and that's because you don't need one to use the platform, just a phone number, and RCS & RDS gives people all the reasons to give up the ancient method of receiving an electronic invoice.
RCS & RDS offers free electronic invoices for all its customers in Romania, so there is no real reason not to activate receipt of invoices in this way at the moment.
