Raiffeisen Bank: New IMPORTANT Announcement for ALL Customers

Raiffeisen Bank has a new important announcement for all its clients in Romania, here's what all of them need to know right now.

Non-working Raiffeisen Bank

Raiffeisen Bank has published a new important announcement for all its clients in Romania, and it is something that targets a lot of them because we are talking about a change for the normal mode of operation. The people from Raiffeisen Bank are in tune with the other banks in Romania, and have announced that on June 1st they will have their agencies closed all over the country, so no matter what kind of problems you have, you will not be able to solve them in one of bank locations.

Raiffeisen Bank it is just one of the banks that decided that on June 1st it will not have working hours with the public, and since this year we are talking about a Monday, this is going to be a long weekend for us. Coming back, below is what Raiffeisen Bank says about the closed agencies, only one remaining open during the day of June 1, and that will be in Timisoara, but in other cities everything will remain completely closed.

Raiffeisen Bank will also close its Customer Services Department, part of its call center, and another part will remain open to ensure customer emergencies, no matter what they are. This means that Raiffeisen Bank will not have all its people in the call center to answer all questions, and it is possible that on June 1 it will be quite difficult to actually talk to someone on the phone to solve your problems.

"Monday, June 1, 2020 is a non-working day in Raiffeisen Bank units, including for the Customer Services Department (Call Center), with the exception of the Timișoara 2 Agency (Selgros). Agencies in shopping centers (malls, Cora, Carrefour) will be closed, in accordance with the decisions communicated by the authorities. The Raiffeisen Bank Call Center will provide permanent emergency assistance for Cards, Smart Mobile, SmartTel, Raiffeisen Online and Top Customers."

Raiffeisen Bank will still ensure the constant operation of all its online services on June 1, so that all customers will be able to benefit from them without interruption. This is, of course, very good news because people need them to make transactions, see what expenses they have, and not only that, and Raiffeisen Bank will have people who will supervise the way all these services work, in order to there were no interruptions.

Raiffeisen Bank everything will return to normal from June 2, but on June 8 the agencies may be closed again, as other banks in our country have already announced.
