The people from Raiffeisen Bank are in tune with the other banks in Romania, and have announced that on June 1st they will have their agencies closed all over the country, so no matter what kind of problems you have, you will not be able to solve them in one of bank locations.

"Monday, June 1, 2020 is a non-working day in Raiffeisen Bank units, including for the Customer Services Department (Call Center), with the exception of the Timișoara 2 Agency (Selgros). Agencies in shopping centers (malls, Cora, Carrefour) will be closed, in accordance with the decisions communicated by the authorities. The Raiffeisen Bank Call Center will provide permanent emergency assistance for Cards, Smart Mobile, SmartTel, Raiffeisen Online and Top Customers."
Raiffeisen Bank will still ensure the constant operation of all its online services on June 1, so that all customers will be able to benefit from them without interruption.
