Ministry of Health: the state of alert can be extended until July 15

The Ministry of Health, through the minister who leads it, Nelu Tataru, announces that the state of alert in Romania could be extended until July 15, and it would be normal for this to happen so that the measures to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus remain in force.

The Ministry of Health says that a decision regarding the extension of the state of alert will be taken by the National Committee for Emergency Situations following the evaluation of the current situation of the Coronavirus in Romania, but it is unlikely that a decision will be taken that does not impose its extension.

The Ministry of Health is still reporting high numbers of infections with the new Coronavirus, and this week we will see how much more they will increase following the opening of the terraces and the large number of people who have been walking in the mountains and the sea recently.
