The Ministry of Health, through Minister Nelu Tataru, made a very important announcement today regarding the protection measures that are imposed in Romania, he was seconded by the head of the Romanian Police, Bogdan Despescu, and below you can see the statements.
The Ministry of Health, in collaboration with the Romanian Police, announces that during the weekend the number of policemen who supervise compliance with the protection measures at sea and in the mountains will be increased, they will be supported by gendarmes, firefighters, ITM inspectors, DSV, and ANPC.
Practically, large-scale checks will be carried out because the Romanians do not respect the rules and this has led to an increase in the number of infections, but there will also be a special telephone number, Telverde, where any kind of deviations can be reported, which will be checked by the authorities.
