Huawei: Important ATTACK Launched by the European Commission

Huawei is the target of a new major attack launched by the European Commission, here is what a serious statement was made regarding its activity.

Huawei bangs

Huawei is facing a new attack by the European Commission regarding the role that the company should have in Europe at the moment, but also in the coming years. More specifically, the European commissioner for the internal market, Thierry Breton, said that Nokia and Ericsson have the ability to supply the telecommunications operators in Europe with any kind of telecommunications equipment that they currently buy from the Huawei company.

Huawei it earns a lot of money from the sale of telecommunications equipment all over the world, and is the leader in this market, but the launch of 5G brought it a lot of trouble, mainly from the Americans. Huawei is seen as a risk factor in Europe by the European Commission, the Chinese company already having a ban on the sale of 5G equipment in Great Britain and France, and other countries could follow in the next period.

Huawei: Important ATTACK Launched by the European Commission

Huawei he has always said that his telecommunications equipment is not a danger to all European countries, at least from a security point of view, and he denies any kind of accusations made against him. The European Commission doesn't really care about this, and wants to convince as many important countries as possible to ban Huawei's 5G equipment, plus their complete elimination from existing networks, which is being done in France and Great Britain.

"It is more important than ever to ensure a high level of security when deploying 5G networks in the EU, given the growing needs for digital infrastructure in our economies. In cooperation with member states, we are committed to implementing secure and coordinated measures not only to ensure 5G cyber security, but also to strengthen our technological autonomy.”

Huawei already has the 5G equipment used by some telecommunications operators in their own networks, and this complicates things a lot for some of them. Both France and Great Britain have given very long deadlines for removing the equipment from the networks, so they will still be used many years from now, but Nokia and Ericsson will supply a good part of the equipment that will be used by many companies in future.

Huawei it will most likely face bans in all important countries in the European Union in the coming months, most likely including in Romania, although no clear decision has been made here.
