Coronavirus Romania: New Cases, Recoveries Announced on September 11, 2020

Coronavirus Romania New Cases Cured September 11

More than 100.000 Romanians have been infected with the new Coronavirus up to now, at least based on confirmations based on PCR tests, because in reality the number is much higher, but today we crossed an extremely important psychological threshold that was still easy to anticipate.

The number of people hospitalized in intensive care due to the new Coronavirus remains high, as well as the number of deaths, and all as we move towards the reopening of schools, and the organization of local elections, two extremely important moments that will lead to a even greater increase in the number of new cases.

Now that we have exceeded 100.000 infections, we must not forget that the protective measures must be followed closely so that we do not reach 200.000 infections by the end of the year, which at the moment is more than certain, if the rate of infections preserved.

"Until today, September 11, on the territory of Romania, 101.075 cases of people infected with the new coronavirus (COVID-19) have been confirmed.

*Data on patients declared cured and asymptomatic patients discharged 10 days after detection are not available at this time due to technical changes to the data centralization application. These figures will be communicated as soon as they become available.

Following the tests carried out at the national level, compared to the last report, 1.391 new cases of people infected with SARS - CoV - 2 (COVID - 19) were registered, these being cases that have not previously had a positive test.
