The Ministry of Health announced today three negative records for Romania in the fight against the Coronavirus pandemic, one of the number of new cases, one of the number of deaths, and one of the number of people hospitalized in intensive care, this being the darkest day of all 7 so far.
The Minister of Health, Nelu Tataru, spoke at 15:00 in an attempt to convince Romanians to comply with the protective measures so as not to reach, I don't know, maybe 10.000 cases daily, but we all know that things are not they will change for the better too soon in Romania.
"In the interval 06.10.2020 (10:00) - 07.10.2020 (10:00) 82 deaths (52 men and 30 women) of patients infected with the new coronavirus, hospitalized in hospitals in Alba, Arad, Bacau, Bihor, Botoșani, Brăila, Calarasi, Caraş-Severin, Cluj, Constanța, Covasna, Dâmbovița, Dolj, Galati, Giurgiu, Gorj, Harghita, Hunedoara, Ialomița, Iasi, Maramureș, Mehedinți, Prahova, Satu Mare, Sibiu, Suceava , Teleorman, Timiș, Tulcea, Vâlcea, Vaslui, Ilfov and Bucharest.
Until this date, at the national level, 2.568.071 tests have been processed. Of these, 27.814 were performed in the last 24 hours, 17.351 based on the case definition and medical protocol and 10.463 on request."
