The Ministry of Health published today a very important new list with the list of counties that have the highest degree of risk during the Coronavirus pandemic, they have incidence rates of over 3 per 1000 inhabitants, or very close to this value, so they enter the red script.
Bucharest remains on the first place in this top, but there are also several other counties that are rapidly approaching, and in which restrictive measures will be imposed because the number of new cases of Coronavirus has reached such high values that there is a very high risk of infection among citizens.
