However, the discovery of the three stars is an important one, and this is because it helped them improve the way they detect a black hole in the universe, so that they do not classify it wrongly, instead of a star or a planet.

"By making a guess at its mass, we can guess the mass of the companion mass, and it is this line of reasoning that has led astronomers to suspect that the B giant orbits a black hole. We examined the motions of the Be star by measuring the strongest emission line of the disc in the hydrogen emission. These measurements showed that the Be star displayed the same orbital period as the B giant, but with a much smaller amplitude. This suggests that the system is actually a two-star binary system. Now that our emission spectrum measurements show that the Be star orbits the B giant, then there is no room for a black hole in the HR 6819 system.”

The Black Hole it is a very difficult object to detect, and this is because it does not emit light, but swallows it, so that scientists cannot easily tell when they become visible on the images captured by telescopes.
