Coronavirus Romania: New Cases, Cures from November 6, 2020

Coronavirus Romania New Cases November 6

After a new shocking number of cases announced by the authorities in Romania yesterday, today we expect the barrier of 10.000 new cases of infection with the new Coronavirus to be exceeded, and this could be one of the reasons why the partial quarantine will be imposed from Monday.

Huge new numbers of deaths and people admitted to intensive care have been announced by the authorities in Romania, in the case of the ATI wards being occupied approximately 80% of the total beds dedicated to patients with the Coronavirus, i.e. a third of the national total, which must also cover the necessary for other diseases.

The situation of the Corona virus pandemic in Romania is extremely serious at the moment, and there is only one step left until the general quarantine, and this is because it is improbable that even this partial quarantine will solve too many of the existing problems.

"Until today, November 6, on the territory of Romania, 287.062 cases of people infected with the new coronavirus (COVID-19) have been confirmed.

195.971 patients were declared cured.

Following the tests carried out at the national level, compared to the last report, 10.260 new cases of people infected with SARS - CoV - 2 (COVID - 19) were registered, these being cases that have not previously had a positive test. The distribution of total cases and new cases by county can be found in the table below.
