The Romanian Gendarmerie has a last-minute warning for all Romanians throughout the country, the authorities are trying to make people understand that they must respect the protective measures against the Coronavirus, and not leave their homes without reason after 23:00 p.m., as says the law.
"In the last 24 hours, all operative structures of the Romanian Gendarmerie have been involved in information activities, prevention and verification of compliance with the measures to combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
And in the next period we will be with all the forces in the field to inform, to draw attention, where appropriate, to not wearing the mask properly and to request declarations on their own responsibility specifying the valid reasons why citizens move outside the home in the time interval 23.00 - 05.00.
Whether we meet during the day or at night, our willingness to help you is unconditional, but also the demand is increased when we encounter situations where the legal provisions are not respected."
