Ministry of Health: Vaccination against Coronavirus is free and voluntary

Ministry of Health Vaccination Free voluntary vaccination

The Ministry of Health, through the new platform with information on vaccination against the Coronavirus, reiterates the idea that vaccination against the new virus is free and voluntary throughout Romania, so no one can force you to do this.

The Ministry of Health will also issue a certificate for vaccination, and this could be useful for possible future travel restrictions both in Romania and in other countries in the European Union, these being for now only rumours, but it is clear that they will be imposed.

"In Romania🇷🇴, just like in the European Union, vaccination against COVID-19 is free and voluntary and is carried out only with vaccines authorized by the European Medicines Agency and which meet the phase 3 criteria of:
efficiency (protects against illness by helping the body produce antibodies);
safety (they do not have adverse effects that put us at risk).
