Coronavirus Romania: New Cases Announced on December 26, 2020

Coronavirus Romania Cases December 26, 2020

The Coronavirus pandemic continues in force in Romania, even though we celebrate Christmas at this time of the year, and the authorities have already presented the entry into the country of the first doses of vaccine that will be used starting tomorrow to immunize the medical staff.

Unfortunately, we still have many deaths, and many people hospitalized in intensive care, the authorities have been warning for a long time that this is going to happen, and unfortunately we see that things are even as bad as the estimates were.

Considering that the vaccination is starting in Romania, we can expect in a few months that the number of new cases of Coronavirus will decrease if enough people get vaccinated, but everything depends on what the Romanians want to do to protect themselves.

"Until today, December 26, on the territory of Romania, 613.760 cases of people infected with the new coronavirus (COVID-19) have been confirmed.

536.332 patients were declared cured.
