The Ministry of Health announced through CNCAV that more than 10.000 Romanians have been vaccinated against the Coronavirus so far in Romania, and we are talking about medical staff from dozens of hospitals where the received doses have been sent so far.

Only in the last 24 hours, 4623 people were vaccinated, with over 5600 vaccinated yesterday, and the total reached 10.289, but the vaccinations done on December 31, 2020 from 17:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m. are not included. or those of January 1, 2021, the reporting for today will arrive later.

"According to the data made available to CNCAV by the National Institute of Public Health, through the National Electronic Register of Vaccinations (RENV) application, which keeps track of vaccinations, the vaccination situation as of December 31st, at 17.00:XNUMX p.m., is:

1. Number of people vaccinated against COVID-19 with the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine (in the last 24 hours) – 4623.

2. Total number of people vaccinated against COVID-19 with the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine (as of December 27, 2020) – 10.289.

3. Number of adverse reactions recorded at the level of vaccination centers (in the last 24 hours): 9 common and minor reactions, of which:

– 0 local reactions;

– 9 general reactions (fever, headache, myalgia, asthenia).

4. Number of adverse reactions recorded at the level of vaccination centers (as of December 27, 2020): 26 common and minor reactions, of which:

– 4 local reactions with pain at the injection site;

– 22 general reactions (fever, headache, myalgia, asthenia, urticaria type allergies).

We specify that the program of the vaccination centers ends at 20.00:17.00 p.m., which is why the number of vaccinations carried out between 20.00:XNUMX p.m. and XNUMX:XNUMX p.m. will be reflected in the following day's report."
