The Ministry of Health published a new report on the situation of vaccinations against the Coronavirus in our country in the last 24 hours, and you can see that only 15.257 people were immunized in the last day throughout the country, far below the capacity of 20.000 people daily.

The Ministry of Health wants from Friday to increase to 750 the number of centers where Romanian citizens can be vaccinated against the Coronavirus, and this will reach a capacity of 100.000 vaccinations that can be carried out daily by the authorities.

"According to the data made available to CNCAV by the National Institute of Public Health, by the application National Electronic Register of Vaccinations (RENV), which keeps track of vaccinations, the situation as of January 12 this year, at 17.00:XNUMX p.m., is as follows:

  1. Number of people vaccinated against COVID-19 with the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine (in the last 24
    of hours) – 15.257.
  2. Total number of people vaccinated against COVID-19 with the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine (starting
    dated December 27, 2020) – 140.447.
  3. Number of adverse reactions registered at the level of vaccination centers (in the last 24 hours):
    56 common and minor reactions, including:
  • 20 local reactions;
  • 36 general reactions.
  1. Number of adverse reactions registered at the level of vaccination centers (starting from December 27
    2020):
    484 common and minor, of which:
  • 193 local reactions with pain at the injection site;
  • 291 general reactions (fever, headache, myalgia, arthralgia, asthenia, urticaria type allergies);
  • We note that 1 reaction is under investigation.
