Huawei decided that the buy back service, which it launched at the end of last year, will be permanently offered in Romania, after it seems that there were several hundred people who used it.

Thus, those interested in purchasing a Huawei smartphone can still enjoy significant discounts, in the form of special buy-back vouchers, in exchange for a functional phone that they no longer use.
The stores where consumers can benefit from the exclusive advantages offered under the Huawei Buy Back program are the Huawei Experience Shop in AFI Palace Cotroceni and the Huawei Experience Store in Băneasa Shopping City, Bucharest.
"Dozens of consumers have already benefited from exclusive prices when purchasing top smartphones from the portfolio through the Huawei Buy Back program launched last November. The high interest shown for this type of loyalty program naturally led to the decision to make it a permanent one, so that consumers can enjoy the best price of their favorite Huawei phones throughout the year, taking into account the exclusive discount of 500 lei offered for HUAWEI Mate 40 Pro and HUAWEI P40 Pro," declares Wang Wei, Country Manager, Huawei Consumer Business Group Romania.
The biggest discount applied so far within this program is 1.675 lei. It also includes the additional discount of 500 lei offered when purchasing the top-of-the-range HUAWEI Mate 40 Pro and HUAWEI P40 Pro smartphones.
In addition, through the now permanent Huawei Buy Back program, consumers can also purchase their previous models from the company's portfolio at special prices. In order to be enrolled in the program, the smartphone handed in must be functional, and the evaluation will be done objectively by the representatives of the stores, taking into account well-defined criteria."
