RECORD of Daily Vaccinations in Romania Announced on March 4, 2021

The authorities in Romania have announced a record of daily vaccinations for our country, a very important surprise that shows us that there is capacity in the vaccination centers to immunize a larger number of people, if this is really desired.

"Daily update - record of people vaccinated against COVID-19
1. Number of doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 administered (in the last 24 hours): 43.738, to a number of 43.738 people of which:
– 36.387 people vaccinated with 1 dose;
– 7.351 people vaccinated with 2 doses.
2. Total number of doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 administered (as of December 27, 2020): 1.685.611, to a number of 1.065.226 people of which:
– 438.066 people vaccinated with 1 dose;
– 627.160 people vaccinated with 2 doses.
3. Total number of adverse reactions recorded at the level of vaccination centers (in the last 24 hours): 110 common and minor reactions, of which:
– 6 local reactions;
– 104 general reactions.
4. Total number of adverse reactions recorded at the level of vaccination centers (as of December 27, 2020):
5.828 common and minor reactions (3,4/1000 administered doses), of which:
– 724 local reactions with pain at the injection site;
– 5.104 general reactions (fever, headache, myalgia, arthralgia, asthenia, urticaria type allergies).
