More precisely, those from Orange are talking about digital assistance services that are available to all customers in Romania 24 hours a day, and many people did not know why they can benefit from the operator through the dedicated mobile application.
Orange created the MyOrange application to give customers from all over the country the opportunity to have greater control over the services they currently benefit from all over the country. The MyOrange application offers the option to see information about existing subscriptions, prepay extra options, but also the possibility to control what happens with the services for which people pay, or to ask for help, if they need it.
