DACIA Logan 3 is one of the most important car models that the Romanian company launched at the beginning of this year for customers in Romania and all of Europe, and as you know, it came with many changes. These great changes that DACIA Logan 3 brought are based on the modernization made by DACIA for the series of cars, the same coming also for Sandero 3, and Duster 2021 will have some as well.
DACIA Logan 3 production is currently substantially affected by the global microchip crisis, which has already blocked production at the Mioveni factory at least twice. Car manufacturers all over the world have serious problems because of this global crisis, and as the DACIA Logan 3 is a very popular car, the production problems are something very serious, and could substantially affect sales for cars worldwide in 2021.
DACIA Logan 3: Serious Problems Affecting Other Models
DACIA Logan 3 is not the only model affected, but also Sandero 3, Duster 2021, but also the new Logan MCV, all having problems due to the lack of chips that are used for their internal components. The problem is that this crisis will not end soon, and even though the president of Acer for Asia is confident that from T2 2021 things will return to normal, the problem is much more complicated because of the huge distribution chain that also brings components for cars like DACIA Logan 3.
DACIA Logan 3 could have normal production resumed somewhere around the end of 2021, if the chip crisis really ends, but otherwise, it could be difficult to find through representatives. DACIA Spring is also affected, separately from the other new models, those from DACIA have already announced this, so it is not excluded that we will see production stoppages at Mioveni, which will affect DACIA Logan 3, Sandero 3, and the other new models prepared launch.
DACIA Logan 3 is currently available in certain quantities in Romania, and other areas around the world, but it is very possible that the models customized by customers will be manufactured more difficult, or not at all.
