DACIA Duster 3 is in full development at the moment at the Romanian company, and from what we found out officially, a lot of extremely interesting changes will come for the new SUV. One of these changes could be a highly anticipated technology for the models produced by DACIA, it will be integrated in the DACIA Logan 2022, but in a way that will not be as good as many of the customers expected.
DACIA Duster 3 could have an integrated hybrid engine system, that is, an electric motor capable enough to keep the car moving, probably at low speeds, without the internal combustion engine being used. The problem with this system, if it will be the one used for the DACIA Logan 2022, is that it would not allow starting the DACIA Duster 3 from the spot using the electric motor, nor would it allow the recovery of the braking energy, connecting to the socket could also be impossible.
DACIA Duster 3: The Expected Change That Could Disappoint
DACIA Duster 3 is ready for launch sometime in 2024, so until then it is possible to change things in the strategy of those from DACIA, and to at least offer the option of recovering braking energy. If not that, then maybe there will be the option of connecting the DACIA Duster 3 to a socket for charging the engine, but even so, if it will not have the power to start the car from a standstill at low speeds, it will be in a mostly pretty useless.
DACIA Duster 3 will be a large SUV, so the engine used should be bigger than the one in DACIA Logan 2022, but for now no details are known about what should happen. DACIA Duster 3 is already announced as being up to 30% more expensive compared to the models that DACIA currently sells, the price differences being huge, but better technology costs money, as you already know.
DACIA Duster 3 should be launched sometime around 2024 by the people from DACIA, but it remains to be seen exactly what will be the plans that the Romanian manufacturer is preparing.
