The Government of Romania, through the voice of the Prime Minister, officially announced today that the figure of 3.5 million people immunized with a single dose will be exceeded throughout the country, a good part of them already receiving the second dose of vaccine.
The Romanian government wants 1 million people to be immunized with at least one dose by June 5st, but at this point the goal seems impossible to achieve if more than 60.000 people are not vaccinated daily with the first dose, so it will be interesting to see what will happen with the promised relaxations.
"Today we exceed 3,5 million vaccinated people in Romania, with a dose or two. And also today, at 16.00:50 p.m., the Vaccination Marathon begins in Bucharest. We have 18.00 vaccination points open in two locations: the Palace Hall and the National Library.
