49.405 Romanians were vaccinated in the last 24 hours against the Coronavirus in Romania, the figures being unfortunately lower than in previous weeks, which represents a problem for preventing a new wave of illnesses.

1. Number of doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 administered (in the last 24 hours): 49.405, to a number of 49.405 people of which:
– 17.205 people vaccinated with 1 dose;
– 32.200 people vaccinated with 2 doses.
2. Total number of doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 administered (as of December 27, 2020): 8.288.345, to a number of 4.457.688 people of which:
– 459.936 people vaccinated with 1 dose;
– 3.997.752 people vaccinated with 2 doses.
3. Total number of adverse reactions recorded at the level of vaccination centers (in the last 24 hours): 20 common and minor reactions, of which:
– 1 local reactions;
– 19 general reactions.
4. Total number of adverse reactions recorded at the level of vaccination centers (as of December 27, 2020):
16.264 common and minor reactions (1,96/1000 administered doses), of which:
– 1.752 local reactions with pain at the injection site;
– 14.512 general reactions (fever, headache, myalgia, arthralgia, asthenia, urticaria type allergies).
