The Romanian government still seems determined to make this law now because the phone calls to 112 regarding bomb threats have increased, and in the end they will no longer be sold without knowing who they actually reach, and who uses.
The Romanian government will change a lot here because after the adoption of the law, any newly activated card will have to be associated with an identity, and the old ones will eventually end up in the same situation, and from here Romanians will be held even more responsible.
