The vaccination certificate attests to the fact that a person has been immunized against the Coronavirus, and with its help you can avoid quarantine, where required, you can enter various locations in Romania and Europe, all until the green vaccination certificate is adopted.
This vaccination certificate can only be downloaded by people who have been vaccinated with both doses, not by those who have been immunized with only one dose, in their case this procedure is not possible for now.

1. Access the website: adulti.renv.ro;
2. Press the red button to obtain the certificate;
3. Tick the two boxes regarding the processing of personal data;
4. Enter the CNP/Passport-unique RENV code and phone number;
5. Enter the validation code received on the phone;
6. Download the electronic certificate of vaccination.
