The Romanian Post has an important message for Romanians all over the country, the national agency conveying to the people the fact that it is going to close all its post offices throughout the country during the day of June 21, because it is a legal holiday, the day after Pentecost.
The Romanian Post says that the first and second day of Pentecost are legal holidays in Romania, so there is no work during them, so this weekend will be an extended one in Romania because Monday will also be a free day for everyone, so you cannot go to the postal subunits.
"Bucharest, June 14, 2021 - The Romanian Post National Company informs its customers that the work schedule of urban and rural postal subunits will undergo changes during the Pentecost Holidays.
Thus, all urban and rural postal subunits will be closed on Monday, June 21, 2021 (the second day of Pentecost).
In accordance with art. 139 of the Labor Code, the first and second day of Pentecost are declared public holidays in which there is no work.
As a result of the announced program, it is possible that the postal items presented during this period will register longer circulation times."
