"According to the clarifications recently received from the General Directorate of Customs, for imports of goods whose value does not exceed 10 euros, arrived in Romania before July 1, 2021 and for which the customs formalities for release into free circulation will be carried out after this date , VAT is due, no transitory measure being applied depending on the time of introduction of the goods into the territory of Romania.
