More precisely, those from Raiffeisen Bank have officially announced the launch of RaiConnect, a new special platform that allows natural/legal clients to more easily get in touch with a dedicated consultant of the bank for any kind of information or problems they may have.
Raiffeisen Bank took many people by surprise with this special official announcement, but we are still talking about extremely good news for those who currently use its services throughout the country. According to those from Raiffeisen Bank, the RaiConnect platform was launched as part of a pilot project, so it is not 100% certain that it will not be closed if it is not profitable, and it will allow audio-video interconnection between its clients and dedicated consultants.

Raiffeisen Bank says that RaiConnect will be accessed by natural persons who benefit from Premium services, as well as SMEs, so if you belong to these categories, you know what to expect. Raiffeisen Bank says that there are currently 9 dedicated consultants for SMEs and 10 for private clients with premium services, all of them being assigned to several hundred clients who have already been enrolled in the new platform.
