Raed Arafat says that bus drivers should refuse to leave the station when passengers do not wear protective masks in the cars, something that of course would lead to incidents without discussion, but the head of the DSU says that the police cannot guard every location in which the rules are not followed.
"I can tell you that now, coming towards you, I stopped next to a city bus in which there were at least three people without a mask in it. Nobody tells them anything! The first to catch their attention is the bus driver.
He sees them, he sees them through the mirror, he has to tell them: Mask! I'm really sorry, but he's the boss of the bus! So the man gets on the bus without a mask. Who is on the bus at that time? The one who leads it! You can't put a policeman on every bus.
