The Vaccinarii Lottery has started in Romania, the Ministry of Health making the official announcement for the more than 5 million Romanians from all over the country who have been vaccinated so far, and the Romanian Lottery will take care of the winners' draws and the awarding of prizes to those interested.

All persons vaccinated with the full schedule and holding a digital EU certificate regarding COVID-19 based on the Personal Numeric Code (PNC) can participate in the Vaccination Lottery, starting on September 30, 2021 at 12:00.
Registration of people for the Vaccination Lottery is done on the online portal. After generating the vaccination certificate, eligible individuals have the option to enter the lottery by following three simple steps:
Step 1: Confirm that you have read and agree to the Lottery Rules.
Step 2: Confirm the agreement to publish personal data on the websites of the organizing institutions.
Step 3: Sign up for the Vaccination Lottery.
After completing the three steps, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration, which will also include your unique participation number.
The Special Telecommunications Service will publish every Friday, at 12:00, on the online site, the last number allocated, in order to organize the draws by the Romanian Lottery.
Additional details:
Two doses of the Pfizer, Moderna and Astra Zeneca vaccine types or a single dose of the Johnson&Johnson vaccine are considered full regimens.
If you have already generated the vaccination certificate for the full scheme (1/1, 2/2), registration for the Vaccination Lottery is done from the certificate viewing interface (Certificate List Section).
Registration can be done individually by the vaccinated person or by any other person who has the right to generate the certificate on behalf of the vaccinated person."
