Raed Arafat says that a total quarantine of Romania is excluded even in the 4th wave of the Coronavirus pandemic, and this is because a measure of this kind is not required because the situation in the country is not that serious, and the current measures should be respected by to people.
Raed Arafat says that the measures taken regarding the imposition of the digital green certificate for a variety of activities in Romania is the solution with which the Romanian Government hopes that the number of new cases will decrease, and this is already visible even with the previous tougher measures.
