Huawei: The Solution Found to BYPASS the Sanctions Imposed by the USA

Huawei OCOLI Solution The Sanctions Imposed by the USA

Huawei, one of the largest phone manufacturers in the world, found a solution to bypass the tough restrictions imposed by the US, and this very shortly after President Joe Biden signed an order that made them even stricter than they were .

Huawei plans to license its smartphone designs to various third-party companies in order to have access to state-of-the-art components to be used in their manufacture, and then to sell them globally, as it did until 2019.

Huawei will give these third-party companies access to its designs so that those companies have the right to manufacture the phones and buy the components that Huawei cannot buy, and so the Chinese would continue to sell their devices.

Huawei already works with a company known as XNova for the production and sale of phones with the name Nova, the devices being basically those of the company in Shenzhen, only that they are sold under another brand just to be able to be put on sale.

"Huawei, whose smartphone business has been devastated by US sanctions, plans to license its phone models to third parties as a way to gain access to critical components. The Shenzhen tech giant is considering licensing its designs to a unit of state-owned China Post and Telecommunications Appliances, or PTAC, which will then try to buy parts banned from the Trump-era blacklist.”

Huawei found this solution in order to be able to continue generating money from the phones it developed based on very high costs, so we may see more and more devices from unknown companies that still have Huawei technologies.
