Alexandru Rafila, the new Minister of Health, officially announced today that in Romania there will be a law for the COVID certificate by the end of 2021, i.e. that digital green certificate that is required for use in many areas of our lives at the moment .
Alexandru Rafila says that there is a need for a legislation on the COVID certificate in order to be able to impose it, or eliminate it, from people's lives, depending on the incidence rates that exist in our country, which also happens in other countries.
