DACIA Duster 3 is the next generation of cars on which DACIA is working hard even in Romania, the engineers from our country trying to bring to the market the best possible car for Romanians who are willing to buy the SUVs made in Mioveni. You already know that DACIA Duster 3 will be a car with major changes compared to the previous models, and this is because DACIA will implement many important innovations, but unfortunately, problems may arise in the production process.
DACIA Duster 3 could be substantially affected by the semiconductor crisis, and this is because it deepens and will "stretch" a lot during the year 2022, at least according to the latest information coming in connection with this global shortage. According to the latest information from the industry, at the moment companies are waiting up to 22 weeks for the delivery of semiconductors, i.e. almost half a year, which could be a big problem including for the DACIA Duster 3.
DACIA Duster 3: THE PROBLEM THAT COULD SUBSTANTIALLY CHANGE THE CAR
DACIA Duster 3 is in development, it will be presented in 2023, but if at the end of 2022 the waiting times for semiconductors are almost half a year, and still increasing, it is easy to understand why including in 2023 it should be felt the effects of this shortage. It is clear that regardless of the situation, in 2022 this problem will not be completely solved since the waiting times are still increasing, and the DACIA Duster 3 could be thought of differently because of this.
DACIA Duster 3 without certain equipment, or with equipment modified to have the components bought more easily, should be in the attention of many of those who are interested in buying the future car when it is launched. It is quite clear that the DACIA Duster 3 will come with a lot of changes, but it is not excluded that this shortage of semiconductors dictates to a large extent what will, or will not, end up in the Romanian car.
DACIA Duster 3 should be presented sometime in the fall of 2023, and launched maybe in 2024, but for now there are not many clear details regarding this sequence of things.
