I'm talking about the DACIA Duster pick-up, a car that came as a real surprise not too long ago, and which apparently didn't have the sales that the Romanian manufacturer expected, considering its sudden disappearance.
The DACIA Duster is no longer advertised in the pick-up version on the DACIA website, the car being still listed by the manufacturer on the website, but to get to it you have to do a little searching among the existing models. The pick-up version of the DACIA Duster was listed up to a certain point right on the main page of the DACIA website, but now it doesn't even appear on the one dedicated to the range of cars, which still has a limitation on displaying models depending on the price, with setting below that of its version.

DACIA Duster cannot be bought directly in the pick-up version from DACIA, customers can only ask for an offer for the car and wait for the chosen representative to contact them to inform them about the possibility of buying the car. It is possible that the shortage of semiconductors made the pick-up version of the DACIA Duster a not very important model for the Romanian company, but on the other hand there may be other reasons behind this decision, which is still an important one.
DACIA Duster does not seem to have a pick-up version ready even for the moment when the 3rd generation version will be launched, so it remains to be seen exactly what DACIA will do with regards to its new cars.
