The evolution in the last 7 days of new cases of COVID-19 confirms once again the fact that the estimates that predicted exceeding a figure of 10.000 new cases of infection in mid-January will prove to be true, the numbers increasing by over 50% in just a week of days, and the growth will continue, unfortunately.
You can see in the image below how things have evolved in our country, but unfortunately it is expected that the situation will remain very serious, and this is because we have not even approached the peak of wave 5 of infections, so it is expected that more cases will be confirmed by the authorities.
